Interview
QA Greenfield Indiana. Extensive interview process. Several phone and video interviews and then I was asked to drive/fly to their location for more interviews and to meet the team. During the process, I was asked multiple illegal questions such as if I was married or going to get married, was I pregnant, did I want kids, when would I have kids etc. Blatantly illegal questions! I bluntly asked how the questions applied to my qualifications to perform the job, to which the interviewer responded "oh! I'm just trying to get to know you!" Illegally. You're trying to get to know me illegally. I also asked them not to contact my current supervisor unless they were going to offer me the job. They were free to contact every supervisor prior to the current supervisor, but instead they contacted my current supervisor immediately after my first phone interview! My supervisor immediately called me into his office and my work environment was hostile from there on out. There were also lots of red flags about an immense backlog of work and unstable work place. Weekend and holiday work went from not being required in the job listing to being mandatory. It was a very disrespectful and panicked tone to the interviews. I got the feeling everyone was trying to quit but they held everyone back who accepted jobs withing LabCorp. If they accepted jobs outside the company, there was nothing they could do.
Interview Questions

- Are you pregnant or do you plan to get pregnant?

Contract Specialist II Interview
Anonymous Interview Candidate
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Labcorp in May 2022
Interview
Simple phone interview, about 30min in she asked me if I had any healthcare experience (which I did not), and she told me that immediately means I cannot get the job. She read my resume. She should have known I didn't have healthcare experience. Total waste of my time and hers! She said I could be a better fit for Contract Specialist I (more entry level) and told me to apply for it instead. When I did, I soon after got an email saying I wasn't chosen for that job either. Put a bad taste in my mouth. She looked at my resume and decided to move forward with CSII interview but then got denied for CSI?? Makes no sense! Again, total waste of my time.

Interview
Overall this was a really quick and efficient interview process. I was offered two weeks after submitting the application. There was an HR interview/screening and then depending on the circumstances, there are two or three interviews with upper management. The questions were tough, and my final interview definitely had some of the hardest questions I have ever been asked in an interview before. I really enjoyed the interview process, and everyone I talked to was extremely nice.
Interview Questions
- The questions were very specific to the role itself and how it functions within Labcorp.

Interview
Brief bench tour by some woman with a thick, hard to understand accent followed by the supervisor's assessment of how desperate you are to be a slave to capitalism. No traditional interview questions about you, your background, or skills. "Do you want to work here?" + false promises to move you up quickly.
Interview Questions
- "It's a lot of work. We get specimens from all over Mid America. You have to finish all the work before you leave. Do you think you want to work here?"
